Standard Breakfast

I’ve never been the biggest fan of banana. In fact, when I started my fruit journey, I detested them. At some point, however, I found out that I can do blended bananas, especially blended with greens. From then on, what I usually eat for breakfast is pretty much the same: bananas blended with greens, topped with berries. I vary the contents slightly. I might take spinach, or lambs lettuce, or just barley grass juice powder. On some days I prefer blueberries, on other days raspberries. The basic idea doesn’t get old.
